Watch Pak-Bot answer questions on a demo database and map out your crops, sites and customers.
Configuration
A consultant sets up Producepak: inventory, packing, quality programs, labels, documents and permissions.
Training
Staff learn to receive, pack, inspect and ship in the app. Every scan becomes data Pak-Bot can use.
Go live
Typically one to three weeks from the start. Pak-Bot is available from the menu on day one.
Add AI inspection
Optional. After about five months of inspection data, a model trained on your own criteria can be built.
Before you start
Do I need to replace my current software?
Pak-Bot is part of Producepak, so you need Producepak. It can run alongside your finance app: Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAGE, SaasAnt and Acumatica are supported, and the Producepak API is open for other integrations.
How long until my team is using it?
Producepak implementation usually takes one to three weeks, depending on your sites, crops and documents. A Producepak consultant configures it; self-installation is not offered.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every installation is tailored to the business and includes consultant training. A demo shows Pak-Bot on real produce data before you commit.
What devices does my team need?
Any Android or iOS phone or tablet, Windows PC or Mac with a browser. Producepak installs as an app on Android and Windows. Barcode scanners must work in keyboard mode.
Where is it hosted?
Producepak data centres in New York and Sydney. USA, Europe and Africa customers use app3.producepak.com; Australia, New Zealand and Asia use sydney3.producepak.com. Your own server or co-location is available for a setup fee.
How is Pak-Bot charged?
Pak-Bot use is measured in credits, shown in the chat window. Your consultant will quote for your business.
Which languages does it work in?
Producepak is available in all languages.
